Check the Tips

xxxx-FI-2

Flow measurement FI-2 measures flow from pump P-2.

  • Range 0…120 l/min
  • Alarms:
    • higher high limit 110 l/min
    • high limit 40 l/min
    • lower low limit 0 l/min
    • low limit 0 l/min
xxxx-HS-1

Shut-off valve HS-1 closes the flow from pump P-1.

M mode: The valve can be controlled by operator.

A mode: The valve is close, when the P-2 is running and open, when P-2 is not running

Open and close limits do not exist.

xxxx-HS-2

Shut-off valve HS-2 closes the flow from pump P-2.

M mode: The valve can be controlled by operator.

A mode: The valve is close, when the P-2 is running and open, when P-2 is not running

Open and close limits do not exist.

xxxx-HS-3

Shut-off valve HS-3 opens the flow from the pump P-1 to the tank T2.

M mode: The valve can be controlled by operator.

A mode: The valve is open, when the P-2 is running and close, when P-2 is not running

Open and close limits do not exist.

xxxx-FIC-1

The loop controls the control valve FV-1.

M mode: Operator can control valve 0...100%
A mode: Is not in use

Interlocks

  • The valve is forced to 50%, wen the pump P-2 is running.

xxxx-LIC-2

The loop controls the control valve FV-2.

M mode: Operator can control valve 0...100%
A mode: Is not in use

Interlocks

  • The valve is forced to 100%, when the pump P-2 is running.
xxxx-LZ

Information to the other loops.

All the levels are OK, when:

  • Level switch LZ-1 is active (1), the level in T2 is not too high.

  • Level switch LZ-2 is active (1), the level in T3 is not too high.

  • Level switch LZ-3 is active (1), the level in T1 is not too low.

xxxx-P-2

The pump P-2 pumps the water from the tank T1 to the tank T2.

M mode: The operator can start and stop the pump
A mode: Is not in use

Interlocks

  • The pump can not run, if the the one of the switches LZ-1, LZ-2 or LZ-3 is inactive.
