Welcome to the "Global Team Leadership" course. This course is designed
to equip you with both the theoretical knowledge and practical skills
needed to lead teams in today's global market. In this course, you focus
on what the future team leaders need to know about the processes and
practices of team leadership.
In this course, you will work in
diverse international groups, where you are "employed" as team leaders
or team members. These teams are self-organized and responsible for
completing their own assignments. You are encouraged to interact and
exchange views with each other. You will apply the new skills you have
learned in real-world case studies and later reflect on the cooperation
within your team. In this way, we co-construct meaning and knowledge,
and eventually learn. You will gain valuable experiences and new skills
that will benefit you in your future career.
