Target group
The target group of the training programme is in-service nursing teachers assigned by each GeNEdu project partner institution, 30 participants in total.
Activities in GeNEdu project
Organising a 4-day workshop focused on person-centered approach and multidisciplinary gerontological nursing. Sharing of best practices on gerontological nursing in multicultural context including Traditional Chinese Medication & Rehabilitation practices. The workshop includes learning from best practices, training on person-centered approach, family care and on multidisciplinary approach. The content of the workshop is used to develop teaching materials for the Chinese HEIs.
